Think Ahead TV | Creating ChangeMakers
How do students and staff work together in your institution? Since 2020, we’ve observed more and more students taking an active role in designing their learning experiences, challenging traditional models of teaching and learning, and understanding what skills they need for the future workplace. As we prepare for the start of a new academic year in September, it’s clear that student-staff partnerships are now an essential factor in delivering a high-quality student experience.
This episode of Think Ahead TV welcomes staff and students from the Change Agents’ Network to discuss the importance of working together when revolutionising approaches to learning. Established by Jisc in 2013, the network is now self-sustaining and supports students working as change agents, digital pioneers, student fellows and students working in partnership with staff on innovation and curriculum change projects.
In this conversation, we’ll hear about how the student experience has changed in recent years, what benefits come from embracing student and staff partnerships, and how you can include the student voice throughout your institution's strategy, culture and values.
