Alan Shen is the Director of Business Development at Alibaba Cloud. Alibaba Cloud is the digital technology and intelligence backbone of Alibaba Group and number one cloud provider in Asia Pacific. Alan is responsible for Alibaba Cloud's market development and operations in the UKI region and the Education Industry in particular, supporting institutions growing with Alibaba's digital transformation technologies. He has many years of knowledge and experience in cloud, big data, and AI technology and their applications across industries. He holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Oxford.
